Sonas Coaching was founded on the belief that most people are capable of more than they're currently experiencing — in all aspects of their lives.

Sonas coaches are trained and certified in Integral Coaching which provides a deeper engagement in not just solving an issue that brings a client to coaching, but looking deeper and helping the client develop competencies to help them thrive into the future.

Sonas also works with teams. We believe that most teams are capable of more. They are held back by any number of issues. By focusing on initially assessing the current situation, collaboratively working with leadership teams, and building practical improvement plans we believe we can help improve team performance, employee satisfaction and business outcomes.

About Aengus

I grew up in Ireland, was raised in Hong Kong, and now live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my wife and three grown children.

Over 35 years leading teams at Accenture, Deloitte, HPE, DDN, VeloCloud, VMware and Broadcom, I saw how teams operate, succeed and fail, and the difference great leadership makes. I also saw how individuals struggle to find their feet, build their careers and make an impact, and I have supported people through job searches in difficult markets.

I’ve been in the room where decisions are made, and I’ve been challenged in it. I’ve grown, succeeded and failed along the way. And I’ve been coached myself, so I know from the inside what good coaching changes.

I now bring that experience, together with my training as a Professionally Certified Integral Coach® with New Ventures West, to help individuals, teams and companies perform at their best and find real satisfaction in how they do it.

I founded Sonas Coaching to offer this to people and organizations around the world. I would be honored to work with you or your team.
